I love all products from this company and have never had an issue until now. These items were packaged and delivered in a bag without any spillage protection. Every bottle was open and empty and the whole parcel was soaked in the cologne. The ink from the package was so saturated that it was running off and staining anything it touched. That’s how wet the package was and all the product was gone. I messaged as well as emailed the company to let them know and it’s been a week and I haven’t had anyone reach out to me to replace my order or refund my order. If the company continues to package items without a box or tape around the opening then I will not order from here anymore. I can’t afford to spend $50. for the package to end up damaged due to the lack of care put into proper packaging.
