Love the dematt. I have three papillons and a walk in the forest always meant a lot of brushing grasses, moss, twigs etc. out of their coats. But with the dematt alot can be easily brushed out. Mats behind their ears gone. Their coats feel so silky and shiny. Love, love these products.

I received the mini box the products are all great. Our yorkie has never been so easy to brush out! The smell is wonderful. Will buy again!

I ordered the mini box and am very pleased with the products so far. My labradoodle is not matted but I used the dematt before his bath just to try it out. His coat was slick and smooth when we finished. I love the smell spray too. I only have two tiny complaints. When using the shampoo concentration as recommended of 32:1 I find it so runny it’s hard to shampoo my dog. I can’t squirt it in my hand as it is all water. I tried to squirt directly onto my dog and it worked ok on his back but lathering on his legs or underside really did not work. I so wish the smell spray was bigger.

The shampoo didn’t lather and the dematt spray has a bad spit smell to it. I’m not going to return it because it would be a hassle sending it to Canada. I just wish I hadn’t ordered SO much of the dematt based on a good review. Also, the dematt seems to make our puppy dingy faster. Even after barely using any this last bath since the smell is bad. Sorry, I really wanted to like it.
